CSV files selected in the workspace are read and processed locally in your browser. The workspace does not upload your records to Tervelium or store them on our servers. Review decisions and notes are held for the current page session only. Export your report before closing or refreshing the page. Website hosting may still process ordinary connection information when serving pages.

What we collect

The fit-check form collects your work email, company name, approximate portfolio size, primary property-management platform, the fee types you select or describe, and your confirmation that you are authorised to submit the information.

Why we use it

Tervelium uses this information to assess whether the fixed-scope pilot may be suitable, reply to your enquiry, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered to Tervelium by our form-delivery provider. Do not submit agreements, tenant or resident information, financial account details, passwords, production credentials or other sensitive records through this form.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and deliver enquiries. We do not sell fit-check information. Because Tervelium serves international prospects, information may be processed outside your country subject to appropriate operational safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose above, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing frans@tervelium.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Important limitation

This short notice covers the initial fit-check form. A separate written data-processing and service agreement will apply before Tervelium accepts agreements, exports or other client files.
