Preparing records and understanding the limits
One row per qualifying event, with its recorded fee already matched by your reviewer. This is a normalized template, not a direct AppFolio or Buildium import. Use anonymous property/agreement IDs and source references; do not include tenant details.
Amounts: decimal currency units without currency symbols (3200.00). ratePercent: 12 means 12%. type: flat or percentage. Leave cap blank if none. waived, verified and ledgerComplete accept yes/no. verified means a human has checked the clause, date, property, currency, fee basis and exclusions. Use exception for annual limits, thresholds, taxes, or conditions requiring manual review.
Missing ledger coverage is not proof of an unbilled fee. Duplicate events, inconsistent rules and uncertain records require review. Export your report before closing: data, decisions and notes are held only for this page session.
